Core Acting Class

in person class

4 Wednesday acting classes per month, with a core group of up to 10 actors working on prepared scenes.
The classes are run by Dan and Daniel and Lorna. This offers students a wider range of input and styles.
Also included a Thursday evening zoom session per month with industry professionals; such as agents, managers, casting directors, directors, self-tape specialists, life coaches, career coaches, voice and movement coaches. We also offer 1-2-1 coaching sessions to help, guide & support your journey as an actor.
The intention is to create a community within the group where actors support and help each other, including for self-tapes and film projects. The classes are conducted in an honest, supportive and positive environment.

We have a duty of care to ourselves, our students and for everyone who attends the venue where we hold our sessions.

Below is our policy regarding Covid-19 and how we are working – This policy may change depending on Government guidance and recommendations.

  1. We require a Covid test to be taken the evening before or the morning of each day and for you to provide the tutor with a photo of the negative result. Failure to do so will mean the student will not be able to attend in-person classes. This is to protect everyone.
  2. If anyone presents Covid symptoms, or is living with someone who presents Covid symptoms, they are obliged to contact ACI asap so we can take appropriate measures
  3. The spaces we are using for in-person sessions are shared spaces. They will be cleaned but extra care must be taken when using bathrooms, staircases, doorways etc. If you have a cough or sneeze, please use a tissue and wash your hands.
  4. We do not enforce the use of masks in sessions, but any student can use a mask if they wish without prejudice.
  5. We encourage the following of guidelines set out by Public Health England and the government – these guidelines do change and can be seen here:
