Audition Ready Course

This course is for the actor who wants to be challenged. You will have scripts sent to you with varying time limits to turn in just like an audition, and increasingly challenging elements up to a mock zoom recall. You will receive technical knowledge about how to best tweak and utilize your self-tape setup from a coach based in a market that has been self-tape only for 15 years, along with feedback on how to make the strongest choices available in the self-tape “box”. Up your game and make sure you’re ready for anything an audition can throw at you!

This is an adaptation of Jenn’s self-tape workshop, that will incorporate feedback both on taping setup and individual choices made within the “box” of taping. Scripts will be sent each week for 3 weeks. Week 1 will provide 3 days to turn the tapes in, Week 2 will give 1 day (24 hours) to turn the tapes in, and Week 3 will give a 12 hour turnaround to get the tapes turned in. Week 4 will be a live zoom recall structure. Giving lots of technical tips and learning how to make the strongest choices within the parameters given. This course will essentially combine the practical with the craft, and how to make the most of the vacuum that is self tapes.
